E-COMMERCE MANAGER
We are seeking a motivated and committed E-Commerce Manager to work at our Head Office located at Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec.
Position Description
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and hands on individual to help launch and manage on-line sales and marketing strategies. This position is responsible for new customer acquisition and incremental revenue generation through development and implementation of successful eCommerce marketing strategies by researching, analyzing, prioritizing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance site exposure, increase traffic and sales.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement online consumer marketing strategies
• Manage online content
• Responsible for growing sales via web
• Ensure consistency between e-commerce and other branding channels
• Develop product promotions
• Create and manage calendar of e-marketing activities and launches
• Design and create visuals for e-commerce site and e-blasts in conjunction with graphic artists
• Help develop sales forecasts and analyze and report site statistics
• Create a web presence through blogs, articles and webinars
• Answer consumer questions
• Communicate with all levels of the organization to maintain communications within the company related to eCommerce marketing campaigns
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with 3rd party service providers, partners, media agencies, designers and associations
• Obtain necessary legal clearances and management approvals for work in progress
Requirements, education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with concentration in e-commerce
• 2-5 years of experience in direct to consumer web marketing
• Driven, passionate, and can be relied upon to carry out all assignments with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written organizational and communication skills in French and English
• Strong project management skills: ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep projects on schedule and coordinate efforts of multiple team members
• Strong analytical and copywriting skills
• Effective team player with entrepreneurial spirit
• Energetic and passionate about the skin care industry
• Strong Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
• Creative business mindset to identify opportunities
